For hotel bookings, you should settle your bill directly with the hotel. The credit card details you provided when booking are for security purposes only and payment will only be taken in the event of no-show without cancellation. The hotel will accept payment in cash or by credit card.
This information can be found in the description for each particular hotel.
You should pay Bremer Touristik-Zentrale by credit card or bank transfer. A 10 per cent deposit is required at the time of booking; the remainder will be taken three weeks before your travel date. If there are less than three weeks between the date of your booking and your travel date, the full travel price is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
We accept the following methods of payment:

You should pay Bremer Touristik-Zentrale by credit card or bank transfer. We will take payment once your booking has been completed.
You will receive a message confirming that your booking has been completed via the shopping cart. An email confirmation will also be sent to the email address you provided.
We will send the travel documentation by post to the address provided once full payment has been received. If there are less than seven days between the date of your booking and your travel date, you will be asked to collect your travel documentation from our Tourist Information office in the city centre (Marktplatz/Langenstraße).
· For a hotel reservation
You will receive your confirmation by email. You should present this upon arrival at the hotel. The bill for your accommodation should be settled directly with the hotel; further travel documents are therefore not required.
Your virtual shopping cart will contain the packages that you have selected. Simply placing items into your shopping cart does not constitute a booking. You can add or delete packages to your cart before completing your booking and submitting it to us.
You can call our Service Centre on +49 421 3080010 for advice and bookings Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9.30am to 1pm.
For hotel bookings, we require a credit card for security. When booking any other packages or programmes, you can provide your account details for a bank transfer instead.
We use secure technology to protect our users: when making a booking, you will be transferred to a secure area. SSL encryption is used to prevent your details from being accessed by a third party. During the encryption, the characters you have entered are converted into code and can then be transmitted securely online.
We are the official tourism organisation for the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen. Our range of tourism packages for Bremen and the surrounding region is extremely diverse and has been selected with great care. We offer you the chance to combine a variety of different products and throughout the process you will only have to deal with one reliable partner.
Travel cancellation insurance will compensate your either in full or part - depending on the terms of the insurance you take out - for the fees due in the event of a cancellation. The reasons for cancellation covered by the insurance are listed in the relevant description. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
