Bremen for business travellers
The perfect choice for your corporate event
Presentations, business meetings, the frenetic pace of a trade fair: it feels good to unpack your running shoes and work up a sweat at the end of a busy day. Or to relax in a nice restaurant by the river. Bremen is a compact a city that's easy to get around, which means business travellers, trade fair visitors and conference delegates can easily combine work and play.
Bremen Exhibition and Conference Centre is adjacent to the huge Bürgerpark with its ancient trees, meadows, waterways and lakes. This leafy haven is just a stone's throw from the heart of the city.
If you would rather experience the urban buzz after – or during – a hard day's work, simply head in the other direction through the train station. You'll soon find yourself at the heart of the city centre with all its attractions.
Here, you can stroll along the Schlachte Embankment in the shade of plane trees. The lively atmosphere in the beer gardens, the views of the river, the cosmopolitan mix of locals and visitors relaxing together all make the Schlachte Embankment a great place to be. Or you can enjoy a culinary experience in one of the many international restaurants that now occupy the city's distinctive Kontorhaus buildings. A buzzing bar and pub scene is found in the quarter directly east of the city centre.
