This culinary guided walk takes you to some of the prettiest parts of Bremen and reveals the history and stories behind such local specialities as labskaus stew and the schaffermahlzeit dinner. Here along the banks of the Weser river, top beers are brewed, fine chocolates are made and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee wafts through the air. On this culinary tour of discovery, you get a flavour of historical Bremen, as well as the chance to sample its sweet delights, savoury classics and tasty little treats. Find out what's behind such traditional Bremen specialities as babbeler, kluten, and sluk ut de lamp. You're sure to be surprised at all the culinary delights that Bremen has to offer.
