In the transparent factory on traditional factory harbor Bremen they bake gingerbread without flour. The gingerbread is made of full-bodied almond mixture with special oriental spices. There you can watch how the juicy mass is formed on hosts, is seduced by the scent and learn about the difference between Elisen and gingerbread.
During a tasting you will get to know the reason of the Nurenberg speciality in the north of Germany and little history of them. In a tasting of fine pastry enjoy a warm mulled wine or the "Angel’s Kiss".
