Hotel reagiert flexibel auf Kundenwünsche. Das Restaurant ist auf Geschäftsleute ausgerichtet, was auch in Ordnung ist und zu erwarten war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgesprochen reichhaltig.

Da sehr wenige Gäste dort essen, war das Abendessen zwar sehr schmackhaft, doch leider war der angebotene Fisch schon sehr trocken. Das ist uns aber auch in anderen Lokalen in Bremen untergekommen.
