Der Empfang war ein wenig "frostig" , weil wir wohl eine Stunde früher dort waren und gefragt haben, ob schon netterweise die Zimmer beziehen können.

Das Hotel liegt weit ausserhalb von Bremens Innenstadt. Wir hatten allerdings unsere Fahrräder dabei und somit war das kein Problem.

Dadurch das unsere Buchung nicht richtig übermittelt wurde hatten wir kein Zimmer, aber, KEIN Problem für die Rezeption. Sehr freundlich, sicher und hilfsbereit.

Der morgendlichen Kaffee aus der Kanne war nicht trinkbar, der Kaffee aus der Maschine war um längen besser, leider waren die Wartezeiten, bis man an der Reihe war, extrem lang. Das geht für ein Hotel dieser Klasse garnicht !

sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, auch für Allergiker geeignet (Glutenfreies Brot / Brötchen, Sojamilch und Minus L Produkte Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, im Service und an der Rezeption. Schöne Terrasse an der Weser.

keine Klimaanlage bzw Ventilator. Nur "Gummivorhänge" zur Verdunklung, da es in diesem Zeitraum stets über 30 Grad waren und ganztags die Sonne ins Zimmer schien, war schlafen mit den Steppdecken fast unmöglich. Hier hätte das Hotel eigenständig auf leichte Laken umstellen können.

Sauberkeit und Zimmerservice war gut, eine Schuhputzmaschine war nicht erkennbar (im Winter immer angenehm!), Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit,

Deutliche Schwächen liegen beim Frühstück, Brötchen sehr klein als Aufbackware, Brot kam aus dem Kühlschrank, nur 3 Sorten Wurst!, frischer Obstsalat bestand aus 3 Fruchtarten, das Frühstück war vielseitig, aber nicht sonderlich ansprechend angerichtet.

Wir hatten ein recidence double zimmer gebucht. Das bedeutet dubble zimmer fur 4 personen. Bekommen haben wir ein grosses zimmer fur 2 personen mit 2 extra bedden in das zimmer (1x 2 pers bed uns 2 slafbanken) DAS WAR SEHR SLECHT .. NICHTS DUBBELROOM. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden, Haben dir ganzen nacht nicht geslafen da die bedden sehr slecht waren (dubbelbed war gut aber nicht die slafbank)

Ein spontaner Städte - Trip verschlug uns nach Bremen; wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern ein großes Zimmer im Hotel. Günstigerweise mit Blick auf die Weser. Wir fühlten uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aufgenommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war tadellos. Besonders aufregend für die Kinder war die unaufdringliche Weltraumaufmachung im Haus, insbesondere der 'durchs All' fliegende gläserne Fahrstuhl. Fazit: Ein tolles, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal zu einem günstigen Preis; wir kommen gerne wieder!

Premium Zimmer halten was sie versprechen, sehr schöner Ausblick, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gute Anbindung ins Zentrum mit Auto, ruhige Lage, sehr sehr ruhiges Hotel, Gastro- und Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich, nettes Getränke-Minibar, eine Minute zu Fuss zum Waterfront

Schimmelbildung an Glaskacheln in der Duschkabine, Bett war laut, Stuhl und Sessel unbequem, etwas staubiger Schrankinnenraum, während des Frühstückes wurden ständig Tische abgeräumt und die Gänge wurden von Seminarteilnehmern eingeengt, Rezeption, Bett wurde für eine Person gedeckt und die Kissen waren katastrophal wir haben welche vom primark kaufen müssen, Abendessen Menü nicht flexibel, sodass wir draußen essen mussten

Am Wochenende sehr ruhig. Hervorragende Parkmöglichkeit. Liegt direkt neben Kino und Schoppingmall "Waterfront" ( wer das braucht ).

Lage ist nur bei Anreise mit PKW empfehlenswert. Werktags wird man morgens durch Lärm des angrenzenden Sägewerks gestört. Keine schöne Aussicht.

Minibar ist inklusive; Service war in Ordnung, man hat uns die Karten für die Hafen- Weser Rundfahrt und die ÖPNV Karte für 5 Personen 2 Tage besorgt, das fanden wir sehr angenehm, so mussten wir nicht mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt.

Das Design des Hotels ist ein bischen "spacig", dadurch hat es etwas Besonderes. Der Nassbereich der Zimmer ist durch die Glaswände sehr interessant gelöst, dadurch wirken die Zimmer größer. Außerdem wer sieht seine Partnerin oder seinen Partner nicht gern duschen.

Die Sauberkeit entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Auch in den Ecken sollte man keinen Staub finden. Das Empfangspersonal ist fachkompetent, leider ist die Freundlichkeit nicht ganz so kompetent. Schade, ein Lächeln mehr, wirkt manchmal Wunder. Dagegen ist das Servicepersonal überaus zuvorkommend und sehr sehr freundlich. Leider können die Damen vom Service nicht das eintönige Frühstücksbuffett wettmachen. Jeden Tag die selbe Wurst und Käse, sehr einfallslos. Außerdem fehlte frisches Obst. Ein paar Äpfel, Bananen oder sonstiges wären schön gewesen.
