The fully climate-controlled Hotel Ibis City provides 162 recently refurbished rooms, each fitted with shower and WC, TV, radio and telephone. Underground garage is available. The properties central location allows guests to reach the historic city centre with its many shopping facilities (about 800m), main railway station (about 800m), Schlachte riverside promenade (1,200m) and theatres (about 700m) within minutes. The Ibis Kitchen is the hotels restaurant. In summer, the peaceful hotel terrace invite guests to enjoy eating out in relaxing surroundings.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr , sehr eng. Keine Flasche Wasser als Willkommensgeschenk im Zimmer. Für unseren Dackel wird Geld genommen, ohne Gegenleistung. Der Gesamtpreis zur Leistung - Zimmer und Personal- ist zu hoch. r

Doppelbett mit nur einer Bettdecke ? Haben es erst Nachts gemerkt, waren spät im Bett. Geräuschkulisse der Raucher im Eingangsbereich störend. Es war 2 Uhr Nachts.

Beim Frühstück gab es leider einen großen Engpass mit Kaffeebechern, Eierbechern und Wurst. Für den Preis des Frühstücks, kann man erwarten, dass ausreichend Geschirr ,Besteck und Essen da ist.

Im Badezimmer waren außer 2 Badehandtüchern und einem Duschvorleger keine weiteren Handtücher vorhanden. Ein kleines Gästehandtuch fürs Hände abtrocknen wäre schön gewesen.

Unsere Zimmernr. 243,Reinigungstechnisch sehr unzufrieden, Satz Handtücher hat gefehlt ... wurde tags später erledigt. Handtuch war eingerissen,alt ? Das Bad mit Schimmelpilzen voll. Bilder können auf Wunsch nachgereicht werden.

wäre schön wenn ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken im Zimmer wäre. Oder Service Getränke und Mahlzeiten ins Zimmer gebracht würde. Bei langer Anfahrt ist man einfach kaputt.Tiefgarage sehr eng, bei großem Auto hilfe beim einparken nötig.Musik im Hintergrund gibt einen besonderen Flair!

Der Fahrstuhl!! HAt man sein ZImmer in der Nähe ist das Geräusch immer intensiv auf den Zimmern zu hören. Hier sollte unbedingt was getan werden.

Wir waren als Gruppe mehr als zufrieden. Uns wurde auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen kompetent und freundliche geholfen, die Servicemitarbeiter verdienen großes Lob, es hat allen großen Spaß gemacht, hervorzuheben ist Frau Mona, die uns mit Witz prompter Bedienung in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Besonders toll fanden wir die Speisekarte auf unsere Gruppe abgestimmt. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal für diese tolle Idee.

Man muss sofort bezahlen, kriegt aber erst bei der Abreise die Rechnung. Das finde ich unpraktisch. Die Speisen im Hotelrestaurant sind sehr teuer, z.B. Kartoffelsuppe mit Würsten 8,90 Euro.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas laut. Auch als Gäste spät nachts lärmend nach Hause kamen, war der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch. Der Schallschutz für´s Zimmer ist innerhalb des Hauses nicht gut.

Als Nichtraucher mußten wir leider feststellen, daß es in unserem Zimmer nach Rauch roch (war aber noch auszuhalten). Das nächste Mal werden wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer buchen.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren besonders freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad, sehr bequemes Bett. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbufett im gemütlichen Raum ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Citynah gekegen.
