The BTZ Bremen Convention Bureau is happy to assist event organisers, and the team has a great deal of experience and the necessary technology. It can help to plan, organise and run conferences, conventions and major events. The office provides a more comprehensive range of services than virtually any other organisation in Germany – from registration through to finding accommodation.
The BTZ Convention Bureau can help, for example, with business development and planning beforehand, ensuring that applications for organising events are submitted in the correct form and monitoring the budget. Naturally, the staff can help to find suitable venues and organise additional activities and incentive programmes. They take care of mailshots, correspondence, sending out programmes and booking hotels. The team is also on hand to offer comprehensive expertise and support in organising and running events. Other services include online participant management from registration through to billing, abstract handling and an online session planner.
If you need interpreters or service personnel, our staff can make the necessary arrangements. They can also organise conference offices and purchase or hire the appropriate conference equipment. Once the event is over, they produce a final account with post-event report and statistical data.
